With average speeds around the track set to be comparable to Formula 1’s original Temple of Speed – Italy’s Autodromo Nazionale Monza – teams will opt for a low-downforce set-up in Las Vegas to ensure they’re maximising their cars’ performance as they blast along the city’s world-famous Strip.

Following the race’s announcement, check out the layout of the track by hitting play in the video up top, giving you a bird’s-eye view of how the circuit will thread through the legendary city.
